Thank you for choosing me for your photo session! Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Deposit & Payment:

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

  • (Essential = $25 Deluxe = $35 Exclusive = $45)

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the shoot.

  • Acceptable payments can be made with Cash, Cash App ($ISH23H), PayPal, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session forfeit your deposit.

  • One reschedule is allowed with a 48+ hours notice, valid for 30 days.

  • No call, no show = deposit loss + full payment required for future bookings.

Late Policy

  • A 30 minute grace period is allowed. After that, the session is canceled, it must be rebooked.

Session Location & Fees

  • Studio sessions will take place at your chosen location(s).

  • If needed, location changes are allowed for bad weather or emergencies, free of charge.

  • If there's a need for any recommendations of a studio space around your area, feel free to reach out for suggestions.

Guests

  • You're welcome to bring friends to help you feel relaxed and assist during the session.

  • Please avoid bringing large groups, as they may distract from the shoot and affect the overall flow.

Photo Usage & Rights

  • By booking a session, you allow to use of your photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer specific photos not to be used, please let me know in writing before the session.

Image Proofs

You’ll receive lightly edited proof images after your session within 24 hours.

Select your preferred photos, and I will provide edited versions.

Reasonable editing requests are included; significant changes may incur additional fees.

Turnaround Time

After preferred photos are selected, the edited final images will be available in an online gallery within 3 to 5 days.

You’ll receive a link through Pixieset to download your final images once editing is complete.

Shooting Preparation

Wear well-fitting, clean clothes.

Set hair and make up appointment hours in advance (to avoid delays).

2-3 friends recommended for comfort.
